I'm a proponent of direct mail because it's
worked for me and for the designers I coach.
HOWEVER (and as you can see, it's a big one) there is a right way and a wrong way to do direct mail.
One and done isn't generally going to get you a lot in the way of results, it's got to be a campaign.

That works when you learn, take strategic action, and are consistent and persistent.
