Do you find yourself working into every
evening just trying to keep up with your projects?
Is your marketing getting put off in favor of deadline sensitive design work?
Do you feel like you'd like another 5-10 hours in your week without working on weekends?
Whether you have 1 large project, 2-3 small ones, or a waiting list with 10 active, this is for you.
In my first 5 years in business, I juggled as many as 40 clients at a time. (That is not a typo and yes, it was insane!)
I'd had an instructor in design school who managed up to 75 and she had no intern or assistant.
Certainly not all of these were full scale projects. There were color consultations, use-what-you-have guidance, and one shot wonders mixed
in.
It's still a lot to keep up with and the only way I could do it was with the 3-step system I'm showing you INSIDE.
Ultimately I scaled back to a maximum of 1-3 full projects at any time and today I do less because coaching is 70% of my
practice.
I still use this system! And you'll see an actual example of what it will look like, so you can stop guessing.
The example is in rich color over on my FB group. If you haven't joined, DO THAT HERE and you'll see the post
inside.
You've got the 3 steps and an example to follow that will help you get more done in less time and have time for family, friends and fun!
Remember... "a successful business is one that informs and inspires, fuels and feeds, serves and supports the whole of your life; it doesn't swallow you whole!"
Take control of your time and you'll be
in charge of your business and your life!
Now it's time for weekend fun.
Mega Hugs,
Melissa
PS. The cool part about this system is that you can actually block not just a week but a month at a time so you know exactly where you'll be, what you'll be doing, and be able to track your results instead of getting to the end of every week wondering
where the time went. DO THIS!
