Been reading a lot of posts from designers on FB forums about difficult clients.
While you can always fire them or quit the project, that's not necessarily the best way to go.
In 25 years, I've fired just 5 clients, each time it was scary but they were costing me my peace of mind and that's too much.
In each case, I left tens of thousands of dollars on the table.
In the case study, I share HERE, I stuck it out. It was a short term project with a client I won't ever work with again.
You'll get the 3 tips you need to apply when you have an impossible client. If you haven't had one yet, you will! It's part of business.
Love to hear your stories in the comments, or shoot me a personal reply here.
Mega Hugs,
Melissa
PS. Just got the first round of goodies out to my Go Beyond Intensive designers, so excited for this. Just one more week to go. There's one spot left, get in touch if it's yours.
