Hey ,
 I finally decamped from the mountains. I have to confess it was hard to come back to the noise and crazy pace of Atlanta but time to get the year underway (okay past time!) I did leave the holiday decorations up as there is still a large pile of snow blocking my outdoor stone steps to storage. I'll be back up to tuck away the festive lights and ornaments until next year.
Going to be doing things a bit differently going forward. Since I'm only doing one ezine a week but have a lot more to share to build your life and your business, you'll get a second note during the week with at least 3 blog posts. I invite you to read these and comment. I do comment in reply and want to know WHAT YOU NEED to move forward.
 BTW, you won't see me writing resolutions, instead I do commitments and I do them in each area of my life. I will be posting these to the blog so you can have a look and perhaps get inspired to create your own. I'll also be sharing the in-depth details of my decision to quit my TWITTER account and start over, leaving 50K+ followers and being on 2K lists. (If you want to find me again it's @melissagalt)

It's a total steal and lays out a dozen simple methods that will be profoundly impactful in driving targeted traffic when you implement one method at a time. Kim is great at walking you through step by step and making it really clear what you need to do and how you need to do it. (Nothing works unless you work it!) I am using this and that's why I recommend it.

Building Your Tomorrow on Your Today!
 Too often we get so caught up in what we will do that we fail to acknowledge what we have accomplished. I encourage you to take the time at this auspicious beginning of a new year and a new decade to list some of your accomplishments and really take the time to be grateful for them. Remember your brilliance is in your blindspot and just because it comes naturally to you, doesn't mean it isn't a gift to be treasured and grateful for!
I know last year might not have felt too hot, so include the past decade. These can be professional triumphs or personal achievements or both. There are no rules, just a nudge to get you recognizing your gifts, your talent, your greatness, and your significance. What you create tomorrow is built on what you act on today.
(Believe it or not, this isn't any easier for me than for you. I can be just as quick to dismiss my accomplishments and discount my own value. It isn't pretty but it is real. I think you might be surprised to find that most who "appear" confident often are challenged by some pretty big insecurities. You are never alone in this, confidence has to be claimed on a daily basis. )
Okay, here is my list of professional triumphs in 2010!

- Series of Social Media Teleseminars ~ making a difference one network at a time.
- Learning how to race with a team of marketers in a go-cart!
- Awesome Coaching Clients ~ who made me realize we all learn from each other always, I am grateful.
- Earning Forbes Top 20 Women of Influence on Twitter
- Getting My Atlanta Apartment ~ no more hiding in virtuality but back to reality.
- Launching B.E.A.M. ~ a single system to streamline marketing success that really works.
- Meeting Virtual Friends in REAL Time ~ priceless and plan to do a lot more going forward.
- Speaking for AUID on Designing Your Signature Success
- Speaking at Best Life Design in Chicago
- Speaking at LexisNexis on the Power of Designing Your Today (vision boarding)
- Closing up my ProsperbyDesign Twitter account to start anew
- Cleaning up my Facebook friends by over 2K ~ (making it personal and not just business)
 There is a lot else that I am grateful for and accomplished, this is highlights. I encourage you to make a complete list and pat yourself on the back. Everything counts. You'll also likely find some incompletes that you can now decide whether to cut loose or complete. I'm in that process and have already tied up several loose ends this week. It's a great feeling.
You can only HAVE IT ALL once you decide what your particular ALL is. No one else can decide this for you, and be careful about wishing for the life you see someone else having, trust me there is back story you don't know and you might not want to have been through it.
