Hope you are taking time to enjoy your independence from work and spending time with friends and family.

I'm hanging in Highlands, NC this holiday partying with friends, boning up on my PADI scuba learning, and RELAXING.

The Fourth is a wonderful reminder of the freedoms our forefathers fought for, and here's a few they didn't know they gave us:

• Freedom to make a difference to your clients and customers.
• Freedom to spend time with friends and family.
