Have you ever gotten so far behind you just feel like starting over? Well I'll confess that is what I'm feeling like right now. In this 24/7/365 world we live in, it is really difficult to "take time out" even when you need it most, like I do right now. I'm getting back on track this weekend.
On the flip side, clients, projects, coaching, and work is a wonderful and welcome place to put my energies and focus my attention. It also really helps me to remember the difference that I can and do make instead of getting stuck in that place of I wish I could have done more for my friend.
