I hope you'll forgive my irreverence but honestly this does feel a bit like coming out of hell into the light ... My plea of help to you last Thursday, garnered a welcome flock of support. I am so grateful to know you even a little bit and so appreciate your jumping in with an email that either offered help, offered a shoulder, or shared your own story. I did reply personally to every note I got, if you didn't get a personal reply, know that I didn't get your note and I apologize. With the support, encouragement (okay some pushing too), and troubleshooting of Jere (that is the correct spelling), Stephen, Beryn, Cathy, Robin, Ed, Toni, and many others I am going to get through this.
Right now, I am keeping the Apple for one more week and continuing to get both virtual and real time help. I even had one virtual friend offer to hop a plane in real time and rescue me from Apple hell, I really must learn to accept help! I'm still WOWED by the support you have shown.
