I got a call this week from a company in the Midwest who
claimed to have sent me samples "sometime in 2010."
Really? And you are just following up now? Well, evidently
I had a few minutes (20 to be exact) and shared with him
how he could stop sending unrequested samples, save a ton
of money, and build a relationship that really mattered.
(Yes, I really did touch on all of that in 20 minutes,
he's going to have to hire me to get more, lol.)

The reality is that today you have to get and stay
