One of the keys to keeping your clients hot and buying is to stay top of mind. It isn't enough to just know them, you've got to stay in touch so that they think of you first when they are ready to buy. In fact, it is really fun to be working again with clients who found me from a giant postcard mailing (yes those do work when targeted and have great copy.) They are in the same house as back then, except now it's got central HVAC (no air conditioning in Atlanta summers was crazy!). And they redone the master and the kids bedrooms and baths.
