Hey ,
I hit a wall this afternoon. No, not literally, but figuratively and that is almost more difficult. Have you ever found yourself over committed and just needing to say NO? I'm not often good at saying NO, but I've learned that it is essential so I can say YES to what I want most. Today I turned down a new networking group, a speaking engagement, and a previously scheduled call (rescheduled).
I suddenly had the realization that we say YES way too often without thinking and put ourselves in holes of over work, overwhelm, and just too darn much. NO is necessary and felt good. I've shared 5 Great Reasons to NOT Join Groups, here so you can say NO.
Go have a read and you'll find yourself cleaning up your current group connections and being far more selective going forward. Your time is valuable, your knowledge and experience priceless, so NO so you can say YES to what matters most to you.

Oh and be sure and comment and share the post, you aren't alone. Let's give many others permission to say NO!
Hugs,
