Yes, !
I did say guarantee and that is some strong language. This weekend I'm in Chicago attending a friend's 40th birthday (I can't remember mine!) HERE'S THE COOL PART ... for her birthday she decided to invite just a close group of colleagues and mentors to beta test her new program. I am one of those peeps.
What a killer idea! She gets expert feedback and we all get to meet one another, connect, and benefit from what she is sharing. It is a total WIN-WIN. She will also get testimonials she can use to market her program. While we each paid our transportation and accommodations, the program is free to us as a beta test.
Is that something you could do with a new program or improved program?? Give it some thought. Sure you can do it virtually too, you just want to invite a very select group to try it out and give you honest feedback and provide legitimate testimonials.
This avoids that tendency to throw something out there, untested, and without testimonials. Oh and a little tip before you go into program or product development, take a survey of your customers and see what they really want! Don't guess.
That has to beat this week's earlier lesson in HOW TO LOSE A SALE! Read More ...
And I must have hit a nerve because the article got a flurry of comments. Love to have you add yours and, as always, I will delightedly reply to your comment.
