One of the great take-aways from this past weekend with that colleague who was beta testing is that speed to market matters. It is not important that you be perfect, it is vital that you be quick. Now I realize this goes against everything you may know but believe me when I tell you that perfect is procrastination. And, I know you know, all too well, the dangers of procrastination.
