MEGA-THANKS when you participated in the survey! Take a look at the graphs below for the results of the survey, it was fascinating, even when not too many surprises. I'm betting that you may be able to take advantage of this information in your own business.
Here is the quick and dirty:
#1 You preferred shorter learning times over longer. So you'd rather get your learning in a Power Session, a 3 week or 6 weeks instead of a 6 month or year long commitment. I hear you! I'm not a fan of those year long commitments either. So look for shorter, laser focused programs and opportunities coming up.
#2 Many are partial to group learning as opposed to one on one. I hear you! Personally I prefer the one on one, but have many colleagues who enjoy group and present it. It is one of the reasons that I share with you hot business booster trainings from those colleagues. Look for group opportunities coming up, I've done them before and you want them!
#3 You want to work on your website and your opt-in over other marketing pieces. I hear you! In fact, I'm going to roll out a website review program and one to work on those opt-ins. Sound good? Look for it.
#4 You want more sales from more clients and customers. I hear you! And I'm going to unlock the secrets in upcoming programs on exactly how to do that. That is how to attract more clients and also how to make more with the ones that you already have. After all it costs 60% more to chase a new prospect than it does to mine the gold you already have with an existing client.
#5 You want coaching both in retreats and group virtual form. This is where it got a little puzzling for me because the survey says you don't want long term and that you want the keep the investment under $1K, that is tough to do for retreats and long term group coaching ... Hmm, I hear you and I'm putting my thinking cap on.
#6 You want to invest either $297 or $2997 to move your business forward. I hear you! That is kind of a big gap and while I can do both. I know the value and progress that gets made at $2997 vs. $297. The difference I've discovered is that when you don't stretch yourself, it winds up being desktop help and you don't implement (hey, I'm the very same way.). So I'm going to be doing a bit of both and we'll see what works.
#7 Webinars are your favorite format, no surprise here. You are a lot like me and without the visual along with the audio and participation, you will zone out and multi-task during learning. And that means you don't get what you need out of it. I hear you! So going forward learning will be in webinar format and we'll include Q&A breaks so you can jump in and get active in your learning.
You have been enormously helpful in providing me with inside knowledge to know what you like best, what you want, what you need and what you are willing to invest. I've already got some cool learning programs cooked up and will tweak them with this and launch soon.
