I'm sharing this directly because I don't want you to make these kind of mistakes. Your goal, as I understand it, (by all means correct me if I'm wrong), is to grow your business with happy clients and a network of raving fans. The three mistakes I'm detailing are recipe to piss people off and get them ranting instead of raving.
