So I was reviewing email on Thursday afternoon and thinking about the new client that signed on board that morning.
It seemed so odd that I'd sent two confirmations about our meeting and heard nothing, and he'd said he replied both times.
Then I started checking and found that my inbound emails have been delayed for 24-72+ hours for over a week. HOLY #$%^&!
I spent 2+ hours on the phone with two techs to get the issues resolved.
At one point, I put them both on speaker, different lines, held the phones together and let them speak to each other.
WHAT A MESS! AARRRGGHH.
