Stop Worrying, Start Winning

As I was speaking with a client this week about her business, she kept hitting me with "I can't afford that," "how will I pay for that," "I don't have the time to do that."
Wow, that is a lot of negative energy and a lot of "I can't." I coached her into the realization that her worry would be eliminated when she took these steps.
- Detail the tasks needing to get done.
- Determine which tasks you can do yourself and which are best delegated.
- Identify service providers (online resources) who can do the tasks.
- Get quotes for all tasks to be delegated.
- Evaluate the quotes against investment available.
- Assign tasks to appropriate providers.
The anxiety you may be experiencing most often isn't coming from a place of not having the resources, but instead it is coming from a place of not KNOWING who the resource is and what they will cost.
There is no point in worrying about what you don't know.
