Yes, I was going to get a video email out to you today. But when I realized at 10am Thursday morning that I had been up since 6am and was still in my robe and hadn't had the time to workout, shower, and dress, I decided I had to prioritize. (Yes, I did get my daily devotional time and meditation in, it's a non-negotiable.)
THAT'S HOW I ROLL.
Now, you may think that I'm like all those other coach|marketers out there who schedule out all of their content.
That's NOT how I roll.
In fact, every email or video I share with you is hand crafted. It is personal and carefully thought out. You aren't part of a list. You are a vital member of my community and I care a lot about you and want to see you claim the success and joy you deserve.

I don't schedule my communications out weeks or months in advance. They are current, fresh, relevant and created in a moment when I'm thinking about you, your challenges, your issues, your problems and how I can solve them.

I'm human and imperfect and every now and then, just like you, I get overwhelmed. This week was one of those weeks. And while I could pretend that didn't happen, one of my commitments (I don't do resolutions) for 2014 is to show more of my reality and to let you see the imperfect bits so you can let go of your own tendencies to be perfect. Leading by example is what it's all about.

While I had the delight of welcoming a new private client, I also had the bittersweet experience of transitioning another client to coaching-on-request because she got the transformation she came to me for. And I'm thrilled she did!

I don't believe in holding someone to an agreement if they got what they needed sooner than anticipated. In fact, I'm proud to nudge you from my coaching nest, so you can soar with your newly realized confidence and knowledge.
