Hey ,
One of the biggest challenges about last week's
car break in and theft was how isolated I felt.
Do you know what I mean?
Most of my client interaction is on the phone
or by skype. While I get out to live networking
events, it is primarily with professionals
I don't yet know instead of a tribe that
I do know.
Yes, I had awesome support via Facebook, Twitter,
and phone calls, yet in the midst of insurance
claims calls, auto repair calls, DMV lack
of progress, and passport replacement,
I HIT A REAL WALL.
I wanted a real live HUG and "how can I help"
from someone across the table, not across the
city, out of the state, or around the world.
Being a business owner can be lonely and
isolated. I know it, I experience it and bet
you do to. Even when you have a partner or
spouse at home, it can be tough when they may not
understand what you do or get your BIG DREAM.
Well, I get YOUR BIG DREAM and I get your
business. I've opened up some time THIS WEEK
to get PERSONAL about YOUR BUSINESS.
