"You are not alone" is the greatest take away from the retreat I attended in Denver last week.
It is so comforting to hear the same fears, the same doubts, the same anxiety, and same stalled places coming from other entrepreneurs in the room. I am not alone and neither are you.
And the funny thing is, you'll never know by looking at the surface.
You'll never know what someone's been through by looking at their website.
You'll never know someone's true story by checking their Twitter feed or FB status updates.
The deep dark secrets are exposed only behind closed doors where they can be addressed with ultimate care, deep support, and true comfort. It's just not safe to let it all hang out all of the time.
(Big reason I created The Go Beyond Intensive is as a safe haven and supportive place to let it all hang out.)
So you pick and choose the parts you are willing to share and so does everyone else.
Never doubt that for every feeling you have, every doubt you struggle with, and every decision you have to make, there are many other business owners with exactly the same challenges.
You are not alone.
When you start to feel alone, reach out. It is exactly what most of us refuse to do and instead we hibernate or tuck into our hermit mood.
What you need most is not to be alone but to be connected to a tribe.

Despite being over the moon excited about this, the winter storm warning forced a rescheduling. (Yes, I know, I spent years up North and can drive in a blizzard, but I heard the anxiety of participants and preferred safe than sorry.)
