3 fast fixes to turn your fears into fuel

her business was badly stalled.
This was her second business and her
first one had been a runaway success.
Somewhere in between her businesses
she found fear, and now it was
stopping her cold.
She had the experience, the education
(and the certification),
the testimonials, the expertise,
and the track record all to prove
her abilities, testify to her talent,
and be an example to her clients ...
Yet she doubted.
Does this sound familiar?
Do you have the education, expertise,
experience, testimonials and track
record but find yourself frozen
in fear unable to take a step forward
and in a super sticky stuck place
in your business?
That sucks and you deserve to break free.
When you have been successful once,
you can succeed twice.
Here are 3 Fast Fixes to Turn Your Fear into
Fuel, Your Future Lies on the Other Side ...

I've always liked to brag that I'm
fearless, but it's entirely UNTRUE.
In fact, I've wrestled with fear
of success far more than I have fear
of failure. Heck, I began my first
business upside down, $70K in debt,
so starting at the bottom wasn't scary,
it was exhilarating.
The challenges became far greater when
I crossed multiple six figures and was
cruising to 7-figures. Sustaining the
growth and keeping my passion alive,
and not getting swallowed by the bigness
was when my fear kicked in the hardest.
The higher I climbed the more distant
I felt from colleagues and even friends,
my fears often sabotaged me into playing
a smaller game so I could stay “safely”
in my comfort zone (never very
comfortable by the way.)
What I find today is that often my
clients are wrestling with the
FEAR OF SUCCESS far more than
fear of failure.

Success is either too big to imagine
and get excited about, or you are stuck
in a story (often from childhood) that
says you won't ever be a success,
or you shouldn't exceed the level your
parent's achieved, or good people
aren't successful. HUH??
The coolest part about outrageous
success is it delivers freedom for
you to do what you want, give to the
causes you love, and create an
extraordinary impact on the world
around you.
I'd love to hear how you are tackling
your fears, and shining the spotlight
so they disappear into the light and
don't grow in the dark. (Fear loves it
when you hide, so STOP THAT!)
BIG HUGS,
Melissa
