where I failed when I began online ...

There's a theory that you can only learn from your own failures, not from anyone else's. Well, I'm going to test that because I'd like to save you some serious learning curve by sharing my story of failure.
 
When I began my online coaching and consulting business 10 years ago, I tried to do it all, all the time.
 
I leapt at every new tool, every fascinating fancy funnel, every allegedly lucrative (but complicated) launch, every hot program, every swanky strategy, and every seemingly savvy shortcut.
 
You name it, I probably bought it, perhaps got to try it. (Don't you have a black hole of untried tools on your desktop that you were sure at the time would totally transform your business but you never got around to using them? Or am I the only one ...(yeah right.)
 
I had no FOCUS.
 
It's kind of fascinating really (failure always is) because I remember when I attended Ali Brown's very first ever “Ezine Blueprint Workshop”
 
There were just 30 of us in the room and this was before Ali's glamour days and she'd join us looking like she just rolled out of bed.
 
There were two female entrepreneurs in the workshop that seemed to have the least likely chance of success.
 
One, because her specialty seemed particularly obscure and difficult to make big money at, hand analysis (and you might know who I'm talking about.)
