1. Together, we'll take a close look at your day to day operations and where you're making money.
2. I'm going to ask you questions about your projects and clients and
find out where you've been leaving money on the table. (Always fun to find more profit in each project.)
3. And we'll dive into your rate structure to ensure you aren't losing money (and if you are, you'll get a clear plan to stop that leak.)
In order for me to do that, there are three qualifications for you to meet:
1. You are an established interior
design professional (architects included here)
2. You have revenues of a minimum of $150K.
3. You are open to new strategies and willing to look at your blocks so we can move you past them.
In case you are thinking "what's the hitch," there isn't one.
My purpose in doing these is to deliver VALUE IN
ADVANCE.
