In case you missed my monumental announcement, I'm going to be doing FB LIVE
STREAM on Tuesday and Thursday this week at 10am EST.
(I just know you've been holding your breath for this announcement... NOT.)
I've officially declared it so I can't flake out or be a deadbeat about it. (I have a Dad who was one of those and prefer a better role model.)
Evidently, promising myself silently that I'd a live stream every week of
the last couple of months has yielded absolutely no action. Zero, Zip, Zilch, NADA.
By creating a scenario of potential embarrassment by not showing up, I am now forcing myself to take this wildly uncomfortable step.
I love recorded video. It's just the whole live thing that makes me uneasy.
At least with recorded if I don't look good, or screw
up I can delete and re-record. There are no Do Overs in LIVE...
Hope you'll join me. The plan is to make this a regular occurrence, and for someone who likes a flexible routine that sounds limiting.
It's all a big experiment...and betting it may take me a few tries to land in a place of no brainer.
I'm going for it!
