Everything you need, to become all that you can be, lies within you. Like a tiny acorn that becomes a mighty oak, you have always contained all that you need to become all that you want to be.
Education, training and experience bring out the talents, skills, and gifts that you already possess, they are like water and sunshine to that tiny acorn. They don't give you anything, you don't already have as a seed.
And your progress will be unique to you, so stop measuring yourself against others. My Mother knew at the age of seven that she wanted to be an actress and with single minded focus set off on that path with acting lessons at the age of eleven. She won an Oscar just twelve years later. My godmother didn't uncover her bliss until age thirty seven but went on to win eight Oscars as a costume designer in Hollywood over a career that spanned nearly fifty years.
When you aren't where you'd like to be yet, it means you need to grow further to get there. Be patient and kind to yourself.
