Maggie was just coming off of a recent bout with breast cancer when we met. I'd been to her website and was expecting to meet the picture on her website where she had long brown hair and was wearing a fun hat. I was caught off guard by the irresistible grin and cap of gray fuzz where her hair used to be.
She was disconcerted by the effects the chemotherapy had had on her brain. She said pulling thoughts together was much harder than it used to be, but her intuitive abilities were sharper than ever before.
Maggie had a lightness of being about her that was truly magnetic, you simply wanted to be in her orbit. We talked about how she could redesign her branding practice to benefit from this shift in energies and abilities.
Having been in business for over 15 years, she had a number of clients who were retiring and would no longer need her branding services. This was the perfect time to restructure and pursue some new clientele.
Rather than allow her battle with cancer to inform who she was, she rose above it with her lightness and leveraged her changed abilities to reinvent herself and her business.
What has happened in your life that you have allowed to hold you back? Can you take a fresh look and find the gifts in the lessons and heal to reinvent yourself into a new place?
